Wasabi is a media and communications company dedicated to creating platforms for public debate, community building, and open expression, with a specialization in event management, public relations, and video production.

Houssem is an experienced manager of media, social, and cultural projects, particularly those dedicated to promoting the free exchange of ideas. Houssem is also co-founder of Cogite Coworking Space, the first coworking space in Tunisia, and curator of TEDxCarthage.
Kevin Coyne is the COO of Wasabi, and specializes in non-profit project implementation and evaluation. Kevin has a degree in international affairs from the George Washington University in Washington D.C. and has been based Tunisia since 2013.
Amani is a Project Manager at Wasabi. She received a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a diploma in Media and Communication from the American University of Beirut. She is a MEPI-Tomorrow’s Leader program alumna and she has worked extensively on the Syrian refugees crisis in Lebanon.
Hatem is the Graphic Designer at Wasabi. Previously, Hatem has served in various roles related to multimedia design, including interior design, printing, and event management. Hatem received his master’s degree in Multimedia Design Development from L’Institut d’Études Supérieures des Arts in Paris.
Rim is the Production Manager at Wasabi. Rim has previously worked as a production manager at Tunisian production companies such as AV PROD and SVP and has directed and produced many original advertisements. She received her master’s degree in Management and Strategy at IHEC Carthage.
Soufiene is the IT and Office Manager at Wasabi. He is also the organizer of TEDxDjerba and a Microsoft Technology Associate. Soufiene received his Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from FST Manar and he is currently preparing his graduation project to receive a Master Degree in Computer researches.
Seyf is the Videographer at Wasabi. He has directed and produced commercials, series, and films, in Tunisia and abroad. Seyf received his bachelor’s degree in Cinema with a concentration in Cinema Editing from l’Institut Supérieur de l’Art et de Multimédia in Manouba.
Slim is the assistant videographer at Wasabi . Slim received a degree in cinema with a concentration in cinema editing from the program “Vision Solidaire” of “La maison d’image” of Tunis. He also has a degree in business English and entrepreneurship from the program ” Our Youth Our Hope”.
Nesrine Aouinti is a Project Manager at Wasabi. She previously worked at Al Bawsala as a project assistant specializing in access to information, and as consultant for I Watch and other NGOs. Nesrine has a bachelor’s degree in french language, literature and civilization from the Faculty of Humanities at Tunis.
